Raw cacao nice cream with cacao sauce
Gluten free, dairy free, oil free, nut free, vegan
3 x frozen ripe bananas
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup cacao
1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp cacao nibs
I like to make the cacao sauce first.
Place cacao, honey + water into a food processor and blend until smooth, remove and place to the side.
Slice bananas into large chunks and place in a food processor with cacao powder and honey or maple. blend until ice cream consistency.
Serve with cacao sauce on top and garnish with cacao nibs for some texture.
